At its heart, the ISS Program is a community of people, all dedicated to learning and teaching. Although the Integrated Social Sciences program is a distance education program, we believe it is still possible and important to foster and build community between our students, staff, and faculty. To that end we've built in opportunities for interaction within our classes and beyond the classroom as well.
Curious about our ISS student population? Despite the striking socioeconomic background of our students, we've noticed some very broad patterns. Learn more here.
To recognize our graduates who excelled in academic achievement, we established the "Graduation with Distinction" awards. See the ISS students who rose to this challenge here!
In an effort to allow students to be connected while taking classes in ISS and to stay connected after courses end, we've created several social media spaces for students to meet, share their experiences, and network. We've collected these resources on one helpful page here! And stay up to date with the latest news and information about ISS by reading our quarterly newsletter, The ISS Integrator.
